Launchpad · live

Priced in stock.
Not in ETH.

anyone can launch · payment tokens are whitelisted · we host nothing

A collection here can only be bought with the tokenized equity its creator chose. No ETH, no stablecoin, no points.

You bring the art and the CID, or a contract that draws it. We never take custody of either.

The factory is live on chain 4663. Everything below is read from it. Minting works; creating a collection works. Nothing here is reviewed by anybody.

What the launchpad does
and does not do

the honest split

It does

  • Deploy your collection as a clone. You pay the gas plus a flat ~$2 listing fee in ETH.
  • Restrict payment to stock tokens from the official registry, so nobody can pass off a counterfeit ticker.
  • Freeze your art pointer permanently once you reveal.
  • Run automated checks and show the result as a badge.
  • Host the small cover image you see in this directory.

It does not

  • Store or pin your artwork. Your CID stays yours. If you stop pinning it, it disappears.
  • Review your art, your pricing, or whether the collection is any good.
  • Hold your funds. Mint payments go straight to your wallet.
  • Promise a secondary market, a floor, or a buyer.

The fee

Two charges, both small. A flat listing fee of about $2 in ETH when you deploy, enough to keep the directory free of junk, not enough to matter. Then the launchpad keeps 7% of each mint payment, in the same stock token you priced in.

That 7% is charged on the primary mint only. Resales are yours. The launchpad takes nothing on secondary, and sets no royalty of its own. For comparison, a hosted drop on OpenSea costs 10% of primary. Gas is paid by whoever signs: you for the deploy, the buyer for the mint.
